1)  SURYANAMASKAR YOGA:-
It is a set of 12 powerful yoga asanas which a great cardiovascular workout. It's also a great way to stay fit & retain the peace of your mind & soul.    



2) PRANAYAM YOGA:-
It is the formal practice of controlling the breath,which is the source of our prana or vital life force and also exercises and passes,breathing techniques and sequences. In this also have two important asanas there are Bhastrika and Anulom Vilom.

a) Bhastrika Pranayam:- 
It is an excellent breathing exercise.It keeps the body healthy & mind happy.Depression,migraine,and paralysis are completely cured which is impossible by medicine.

b) Anulom Vilom Pranayam:-
This is one of the best and easy most breathing exercises for complete purification of body as well as mind.It vainshes stress of body and mind.
