DHANURASANA Dhanurasana is a backbend that deeply opens the chest & the front Of the body. The name comes from the Sanskrit 'dhanu' meaning ''Bow'' & 'asana' meaning "Pose". Steps:- Lie on your stomach. Hold your both feet with your hands making a backbend & positioning like a bow. Pull your both feet slowly-slowly , as much as you can. Look straight ahead with a smile in your face. Keep the Pose stable while paying attention to your breath. After 1-20seconds as you exhale,gently bring your legs & chest to the ground & relax. Benefits:- Strengthens the back & abdominal muscles. Tones the leg & arm muscles. It helps improve upon stomach disorders. Helps people with renal (kindey) disorders.
